The following conditions / guidelines apply to all purchases with Morph Capital.

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding upon arrival.
Payment Plans are available on orders over $200.00
Animals can be reserved with a 25% deposit
We accept Checks/Money Orders/Cashiers Checks and Credit Cards through Paypal
To make a payment using Paypal, use the following address: payments@morphcapital.com
Payment must be paid in full before the animal is shipped
There is no box charge or packing fees
All animals will be professionally packed with the appropriate heat/cool packs *
We ship FedEx and Delta Dash to the 48 contiguous states

When receiving an animal through FedEx:

The customer must be present to receive the animal in person
Morph Capital will not be held responsible for animals left on someone's doorstep
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they provide an accurate shipping address
Animals will only be shipped Monday through Thursday

When receiving an animal through Delta Airlines:

Animals shipped via Delta Airlines must be picked up at the airport
The customer should try to arrive at the airport no later than 15 minutes after the flight arrives
Packages are to be open immediately at the cargo desk or counter and the animals should be inspected
If there are any obvious problems with the animal, a claim should be filed with the airlines before leaving the airport

* We guarantee live arrival to areas with a temperature of 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Due to the winter months, we will go above and beyond by using insulated boxes and heat packs to achieve a successful delivery at no extra charge, but we cannot guarantee live arrival to areas with temperatures above or below 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
